Thank you all for the kind words. The full room is about to be finished, just a few accessories like artworks and stuff to texture and I'll be able to render the rest of it, I want to play a bit with it, rendering nightshots, dayshots, details close up, etc...
MaTt: just to clarify, 45s is just for the geometry loading, rendering itself is much longer than that (especially since I had to render 3 passes, 1 HDRI/PMC, 1 Sunlight PMC, 1 Fog/DL). Even though I let the render cook a long time I couldn't get rid of the fireflies on the foreground parquet.

I've updated my signature with my rig (it was rendered on the desktop PC of course...)
It's difficult to give an exact rendering time because I let the renders cook while I was at work...Basically I would launch the render at breakfast, setting the samples at 20K to make sure it would cook all day, and then pause the render and save when back home.
The renders were all 2500x2500px.
Most of them were around half-way through after 8H or renderings, 65% after a long day (12H).
But I get back home for lunch and TBH they were all 95% there after 3H of rendering, the noise reduction between 3 and 8 hours is not obvious.
Typically, I let the pass with Sun Light / PMC cook one night+one day, so almost 24H and even though it was overall very sharp it didn't help cleaning the fireflies on the foreground.
