Hi
I have a ground plane mesh in a display layer set to Reference and it doesn't render at all. It's just ignored by Octane. We tend to use Reference display layers to lock objects in scene so can't be accidentally moved or modified by others in pipeline.

Can you give me the scene where I will be able to reproduce it?

Can't share current scene but I did test in basic new scene last night and could reproduce in basic scene.

-Create new scene.
-Create new poly object in scene and add to new display layer.
-Set new display layer to Display Type > Reference.

When you render in Octane, it will be ignored even though it should render as visible.

Thank you, I will check it.
