octane viewport won't open

Hi

When I press "open octane viewport" nothing happens - no window opens

But if I then select "render production" - it says "please close octane viewport first" - so it seems it's open, I just can't see it :-/

I have tried to close 3ds and reopen, but it does not help :-/

don't forget mention 3ds max version, OS, computer spec(hardware), nvidia driver version and octane(and plugin) version.

a complete restart fixed the problem.

and yes, i need to create a signature containing all informations.
