A small project modeled in blender. I am not satisfied with the water and the transition between land and water.
Any help for the water material is welcome .

Cheers mib

It's got a sad mood that I like.
About the water, the thing is faking the foam, since we can't add layers I would do a map for bump foam/water, another for specular (none for foam, all for water) transmissión (black ? for foam, and dark blueish for water and in gradient, more clear near the shore darker at the end), and add some wave's to the mesh, or you could fake a little ripples with normals.
Hope it helps, I'll like to see the result's, how about a sunset/sunrise hdri for enviroment? with the sun reflecting down on the sea

Thanks, i try to work with your info's and i am more satisfied now.
It is hard to find the right hdri and i try to do one by myself.
If i use a sunrise hdri, the foreground is to dark.

Cheers mib

much better!
you could add a map on top with the film effect near the oil barrels, like there is oil spiled from them, althou I don't know how to control the film thickness with a map.
It's looking good

More focus on the jetty, the normal maps on the wood have not the effect i expected.
One point , if i export from blender before i start an ocs all textures are scrambled.

Cheers, mib

you should decrease the bump amount on the water to remove those fireflies...
