Hi,

i´ve got the Demo of Octanerender.
I use Cinema4D for modeling and export to Object file.
So i opend my Mesh in Octane (700k Tris, amazing speed with 470 GTX!!! ) but there are no Materials
on my Mesh. Maybe i made anything wrong while exporting?

Sorry for my English, i´m German ;)

you need to get the riptide plugin for cinema4d to export propper OBJ files with materials.
i recommend buying the riptide pro version (not the free version)

You should see the speed on a GTX480.
it's even faster than an opengl view in your modeling app.
