question, what are You going to use Your rig for? not talking 'bout Octane as You seem user of this software.. but what more.. what monitors You have.. - for 1,5k this isn't the bes rig, but..talk more & maybe wecangie Yo some advice here based on Your usage model =)

use Softimage, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects ....
I create render, animation, realtime (Unity3D), etc.,
with octane I've seen it takes a lot of power, I'd like a video card 2 gb or three
but, I do not trust pcs assembled ...
to mediaworld, it seems good but ... worth it?
