no contact from support - invoice issue

Hi guys!

Does any one of you have any replies from the support of Octane?

I have an invoice issue, and need some changes to my invoice regarding my countries tax system, but get no reply from Otoy support.
Is anyone from the support checking this forum?

Yes, we are always watching the support emails. I have just found it in the spam folder.
