You should use 3dsmax plugin id/pass for the plugin, not standalone one.

Where do I find the id/pass for 3ds max? All my account shows is the standalone one...

Oops!....... :oops:

I thought it would just work with the standalone licence...guess not!

Alright, at least I know why it didn't work now! :D
