In short:

If you load the Genesis 2 female Super Hero Suit there is no smoothing modifier applied.

- Select SH_Bodysuit in the Scene Tab

- Go to the Scene Tab options:

/Edit
/Apply Smoothing modifier

I would say the problem of OCDS.
Look at the second cut of GIF images.
When will see what the problem is continuing.

This suit away from the body by using the displacement map. But Octane render is not available displacement map. In this case, it can be solved by using Push Modifier or Smoothing Modifier.
