It doesn't happen if I load the Select the octane plugin under render tab. It happens when I open view port to render. At top of view flashing in RED is this error message."Warning! Low Video Card Memory. Sometimes it goes away, and renders, but really slow for the card I have. Doesn't happen all the time. Can a prop or texture cause this. I did not the scene contains 110 meshes during the octane plugin initialization process. I don't get a warning that I have exceeded my cards capabilities, and at the bottom it only shows using 898gb/2048gb, so it seems to have enough ram to render the scene. Any ideas? Thanks.

The low memory warning happen before the first sample is rendered, so if things are running slow you will see it for a few secs. This is fixed in the next version.

You can check the memory stats with the Image File Statistics button, or start rendering and mouseover the lower stats bar on the Viewport. What are they reporting? 110 meshes is an incredibly large number of meshes!

The new version should be ready today. It contains a fix to the cosmetic issue of reporting low memory prior to sample 1, and it may contain a fix to the reporting of the number of vertices which using HDRI/sunlight lighting (I haven't been able to check yet).

Just letting you know that there has been a delay getting the 1.20 release out due to a technical issue. It will need to wait for Otoy's input early next week.
