-installed the version from downloads area5.7 and I`m getting random bad frames /attached

-tried installing Version 0.6.4, but I think it`s missing files /attached

It's not missing files. You should keep the older files and just replace .dylib and res folder.

I didn't have much success with 0.64. Kept crashing. So I'm still using 0.57. Aoktar is working on getting the windows version stable before updating mac plugin again.
