looks like a good start. Unless you're going for a 'wet skin' look, the roughness setting is way too low.

Thanks for the crit. There's also artifacts on the skin at the sides which I wonder if they're related to the scale of the model.

Another attempt. Textured in Zbrush. Character modeled in maya/zbrush. Hair modeled in maya. Dress modeled in marvellous designer/zbrush. Bra modeled in zbrush.
