Hey guys! I purchased the Octane Render 3Ds Max plugin a while ago, but only recently noticed the complete lack of shadows on my render. Everything else works, but there are no shadows to be seen!
I'm using single Daylight system, and no matter where I point it, I still manage to get a slight light-to-dark gradient. I cannot get any hard shadows!
Thanks for any replies!

Hi StirlsR, if you are using one of the latest plugins be sure to check the sun size parameter which might be turned up to the max to create very soft looking shadows.
Thanks for the reply, Matty.
I was running V1.0, and upon updating to the most recent patch, the shadows are there! One question though, how do I adjust the sun size? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
In fact, I can't seem to find any tutorials on how to work this plugin (namely for max). There's a lot I don't know, and it seems as if any training or information is extremely limited.

There should be a pdf file with the download of the Octane3dsmax plugin. Also regarding the sun size you find that parameter when a daylight system is added in the scene.
