If yes ... how?

It should do it automatically - but the results vary from excellent to poor depending on the density and number of vertices per hair strand. If you have ZBrush - use it for fibre hair instead.

but is this a problem of poser or octane ?
Octane uses the Poser dynamic hair strands as polygons. So it they are sparsely populated, the hair looks poor. But if there are many many Poser hair strands, the effect is good. Still not as good as transmapped hair, but still good! And ZBrush fibre hair looks incredible (see Choppers images).but this a problem of poser or octane ?

If you want to use Poser dynamic hair, you need to go into the hair room and increase the hair fibres and vertices. I experimented with this some time back, but was limited by not having any good dynamic hair props. If you have a dynamic hair prop you are trying to use (and it's a freebie), send it to me and I'd recommend some settings to use.

i have increase the hair fibres and vertices but without result
the problem is about the first vertex (root) and last vertex (tip) are like connected (loop) for create a polygon so i can not see the fiber hair ..
i dont work with daz studio but only with poser .. hmm

Not sure what you mean here - a screenshot would help us diagnose the issue more fully.the problem is about the first vertex (root) and last vertex (tip) are like connected (loop) for create a polygon so i can see the fiber hair ..
