Specular material reflection

I am having a little difficulty with the specular material. I want to use the Falloff node to simulate less reflection when looking directly on to glass. However in messing about with the reflection imput, I cannot get it to go anywhere near zero. Now I know I wont want to to go that far, but is there any reason that I cannot get it to reflect nothing, when it's at zero?

I did point that fact not a while ago (no answer). I think this is a bug. What happens is that, when you have IOR higher than 1, which is the case in most specular materials, the material will reflect even when specular is set to 0. This behaviour is not present with reflective materials (glossy material) that also have a control for fresnel (called 'index'), in which case they behave correctly (0 specular translates to no reflection at all).
I hope they notice this and fix it. Specular=0, should NOT reflect.

Sorry Juanjgon - I haven't tried Standalone, but Proupin seems to think it does.

I don't think, I confirm it does behave as you stated in post #1 in Standalone as well
