Octane material 3ds Max Test scene

I've recently purchased Octane (standalone + 3Ds Max plugin) and even though I had very few time to play with it what I've seen so far is extremely exciting.

I'm a long time 3Ds Max + VRay user and I purposedly built a dedicated Octane rendering workstation to test if it is "production ready" (I work in the Interior / Design industry). If I estimate that it is I will request the funding for upgrading the WS and will train my 3D team to make Octane our primary render engine.

Where can I find the Material Test Scene displayed on Youtube and LiveDB? (see attached picture). I assume the scene must be available for download somewhere but I haven't been able to find it despite my search...
