Hi all,
i wanted to share my experience on Octane render,
First of all this is a very great job by making the c4d pluging,
I used it from the 1st day of the public release.
i love my render but i bought Octane render to improve the time of rendering
at the moment, i can t use it with huge scene, it took too many time to export
geometry so i don t speak about using it for animate.
Am I alone in this case?

I have same experience, hopefully a way of producing faster animations without the frame scene export times can be implemented soon....please. :D
I love the plugin and octane and this is my only gripe...anyone know a workaround within this as I am just learning and could be missing something?

Craig.

yes, if you have really big polygons then takes long vozelization times. Although last versions much faster on voxelling but it's not fast as standart render export process.
I can advice to you avoid using much higher polygon counts and use render instances
