Glad to see someone making updates :)

For me, a big problem that I keep coming across is that you still can't have spaces in location paths.
If you get some time to work on the exporter and looking for something to update, that would be a huge one for me.

Rename the file to Octane...zip
In Blender User Preferences > Addons > Install from File > Load zip file > ready.
Activate Addon in Render section.

Cheers, mib.

How do I assign a Material ?
My Material-Slot has disapeared, see here:
Screenshot.jpg
Other questions:
Can I add Octane fog with Blender an this Exporter ?
Can I output Z-Depth (considering the alphachannel of materials (leafes for example)) ?

Edit:
Why are all Material always set as Glossy in Octane even if I set them to Diffuse in Blender ?
The Materialpreview within Blender is actually a Blender Internal Renderer Material Preview, right ?

Kind regards
Alain

>> How do I assign a Material ?
Switch to "Blender Internal", assign materials, switch back to Octane.

>> Can I add Octane fog with Blender an this Exporter ?
No.

>> Can I output Z-Depth (considering the alphachannel of materials (leafes for example)) ?
Yes. If you need Octane's Z-Depth you should setup your Octane project for rendering Z-Depth and then start (animation) render in Blender.

>> Why are all Material always set as Glossy in Octane even if I set them to Diffuse in Blender ?
Because this plugin is "Unsupported" and it havn't been refactored for a long time.

>> The Materialpreview within Blender is actually a Blender Internal Renderer Material Preview, right ?
Right.
