Here is a try with a character, lot of work on the skin and polygonal hairs wich Octane support well, I hope you like it :

Thanks, the character is home made, all modelisation is do with Cinema 4D, and who have a great hair generator !

Each hair is polygon with a fine alpha to multiply them. The dentelles are just an alpha + bump texture. There is great textures of them on cgtextures.com !


Here is an other image, with the same character and a new scenery.

The leaves on the front are polygonals, the ones on the background are alpha textures + normal map. I am not very satisfied about the skin, but I have difficulties to make it better...
