Is possible have multi gpu whit this motherboard?

1. Quad & Dual Core Intel® 64-bit Xeon®
Support, 667 / 1066 / 1333MHz FSB
2. Intel® 5000X (Greencreek) Chipset
3. Up to 24GB 667/533MHz DDR2 ECC
FB-DIMM (Fully Buffered DIMM)

Gigabit Ethernet Controller
5. 6x 3Gb/s SATA Ports via ESB2
Controller
6. 1 (x16) & 1 (x4 in x16) PCI-Express,
2x 64-bit 133/100MHz PCI-X,
2x 32-bit PCI 33MHz
1x UIO Slot

My intention are:
One VGA for render (gtx 260) and one for video navigation while rendering (i need to buy:D)

I'd say yes! you have the pciExpressx16 for the cuda card, the second slot for the display

Hi,

It's possible but i would'nt recommend it.
the 2nd PCI-E port is 4x slower, it's a 4x.

you should try to find a motherboard with 2 PCI-E slots that are both x16 speed, not one x16 and one x4...

Ok but one slot is x16 and the other is x4..what is the difference between the two??

this motherboard as 2 PCI-E slots, a fast one and a slow one. (x16 and x4)
i'd recommend to buy a motherboard with 2 fast slots, eg two x16 slots.
