Hello Linux users, I'm running into a strange issue with the Octane Demo in Fedora 18 where I get what looks like missing fonts in the UI on launch. A search through the forums came up empty so I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or might have some advice on how to fix this. I installed the Nvidia proprietary drivers for my gtx 670m and cudatoolkit 4.2.9. Could there be something I missed? Launching via terminal yields no errors so I'm not sure if there are any missing libraries. Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi,
I could solve same issue on Ubuntu by installing "ttf-mscorefonts-installer". I don't know what is the equivalent for Fedora but it worked for me.
