Is there a way to copy current render target settings to a newly created render target node?

Not in one go, but you can copy-paste the entire render target node, or copy paste the render target parts you want over, ie camera, environment, imager etc using the outliner or node inspector.
EDIT: I think i just understood more what you want to do. You mean the preview configuration render target? You can only copy the Mesh Preview parts (camera, environment etc) not the whole Preview render target.
Thanks
Chris.

Chris,
Thanks for reply. Yes - I meant copying a preview configuration into a newly (first) created render target node. Let's assume I open my project with no such (render target) node, I play with camera settings etc, and then I want to save/copy all of settings into a new render target node - the only way (known for me) is to copy (value-by-vale, step-by-step) each of parameters into a render target node, but this is time consuming.
How this would work: just grab an icon of a preview render target or camera settings (or grab any of these icons) from the node inspector toolbar, drag it into the graph editor and it is being converted into a new node. BTW this 'grabbing and dragging' system may work for all nodes dragged from the node inspector into the graph editor.
What do you think? Is is possible to implements such solution?
Thanks.

Hi Smicha,
Thanks for the feedback.
There is an easier way to transfer the render target settings.
Expand the Preview configuration and the new render target in the outliner.
Then you can right click on the "Mesh Preview Camera" and go copy. Then right click on the camera in your new Render Target and click paste.
Do the same for environment, resolution etc...
This way you will only need to copy-paste the six render target parts as opposed to each parameter.
Hope that helps...
Thanks
Chris.

Chris,
I needed it badly. Thank you so much.
