Hi!
Yes the statistics showed the samples counting really fast ... and it feels much more stable, because the other versions made my system lag a little bit ...

we hooked up CMD+left click for it.cgbeige wrote:Works fine here but the mouse thing is still a problem. Right click doesn't work in the viewport but it works in the node editor. Intuos3 mouse
it now works too for multi-picking, eg CMD+left click with the material picker.

ya, the problem is that if you have the material picker active and you try and scroll, you get a popup menu while scrolling. It's kind of annoying.radiance wrote:we hooked up CMD+left click for it.cgbeige wrote:Works fine here but the mouse thing is still a problem. just a small feature request (don't kill yourself for this one - you're already burning yourself out): relative paths for files. If I move the project, I have to manually relink the textures and OBJ. It would be nice if I could put it all in the same folder as the ocs file and have them relink if it can't find them in the specified path.

+1
some future request:
- option to permanently remember my settings for importing mesh ( we work in centimeters ) and witch video card is rendering ( Octane always render by default with my primary VGA ).
- a lock button , so I can render without being worried for accidental clicks and mouse drags for finals.

if you place everything in the same directory, eg all OBJ/MTL and textures and OCS file, they will read fine.
when loading the OCS, if it can't find the linked textures or obj files, it will look in the same directory as the OCS file first, before asking.
(this is new in 2.1)
this is how the demosuite ocs files work, and they can be opened from any location.
