Today exported a model and get that old OBJ smoothing problem...(I get nasty triangle and unsmooth faces even on planar objects)
I thought this one was gone... cause I didnt get it since a very long time. I tried both obj direct export and obj via the plugin, the problem is the same
The only thing that correct the problem (almost completly...) is the rayepsilon in Mesh preview Kernel. But I dont know if it is the reason it is made for.
Anyway does anyone knows how I can solve this problem?

Can you upload the skp file? I think it is due triangulation of large polygons. Anyway send the file if you can.

sounds like a scene scale issue. Either your scene in sketchup is wrong, your settings for exporting are wrong, or your scene is just too big.
Try scaling down your scene and see if that fixes it.
