hello all, I need your critics and possibly your advice, I have made ​​many realize and I want to know if I'm on the right track.

Only one file for HDRI light, Bloom and Glare spectral intensity. Pathtracing mode, and a small blue filter in photoshop.

simply a great result, don't know why you ask if you are in the right way
only bad thing (as for my opinion) the glass material is too dark (sometimes glass shader works better in AO mode).

Thank you very much for a second test with Octane I'm glad you ca find it!!
That's what bother me :) glass, I have not really seen the color too much work on a scene we ended up not seeing certain things :)

Did you turn on fake shadows for the glass?
also, if you add more bounces in the kernel, the glass should lighten up (at least it did for my tests)

also, sometimes I just use the fake glass material in the LiveDB. it looks great in most scenes and doesnt have a dark look.
