which render kernel? and what kind of illumination?

Yes, it's part of a larger project. This is rendered with PMC using the daylight system and some blackbody emitters in the ceiling. Getting fully clear interiors is tough. I used Neat Video for AE to clean up any remaining noise. Best $100 ever spent.
