Really nice renders, may I ask where you got your floor textures? Your wooden floor textures. CGTextures doesn't really have any floors that I like...

For Viz02.jpg i made my own floor bitmap.
Floor in chair.jpg, it's simple clone of one object and little noise.
Interior with piano is from Evermotion archinteriors cd, and the texture of the floor too. Others i made myself.
Most renders are from Octane version 2.58e or older.
