Your scene unit was set for a Poser native unit (PNU) and thats 1 PNU = 2.62128 Meters
Your mesh size was something about 1 meter height...
I think you should add 1x subdiv for your mesh as my result below

The scene is from Poser that's why it's in Poser units
Although I have moved to decameters for Poser scenes now as it gives less shadow problems.
But as Face mentioned to fix my problem was to drop the normals and subdivide the mesh. Poser can handle low poly meshes but Octane can't.
