Hi

Does anyone know what the Grayscale & RGBA texture limits are on a GTX Titan?

The Octane for Poser default settings are shown below. Can the Titan exceed these?

MAX_NUMBER_OF_RGBA_TEXTURES = 64 # This is the maximum number of LDR "image" and "alphaimage" textures that your video card can store.
MAX_NUMBER_OF_GRAYSCALE_TEXTURES = 32 # This is the maximum number LDR of "floatimage" textures that your video card can store.
MAX_NUMBER_OF_HDR_RGBA_TEXTURES = 4 # This is the maximum number of HDR "image" and "alphaimage" textures that your video card can store.
MAX_NUMBER_OF_HDR_GRAYSCALE_TEXTURES = 4 # This is the maximum number of HDR "floatimage" textures that your video card can store.

I would imagine that it has the same forced amount as the 600 series (144 rgba textures). So far I have used over a 100 rgba textures on my Titans in the standalone Octane.

Hi. Use the limits for the 600 series cards as per the FAQ thread in the Poser forum.

I´m not sure if amount of texture units accounts for more textures, but it got 244 while the 680 has 118 I think.
