Problems with triangle in 3ds max model

Hey folks,
I've have a problem with rendering a 3ds max model with 3ds max octane render plug-in.
As you can see in picture 1 the rendering is strange with some lines which shouldn't be there. In picuter 2 you can see that the model in 3ds max looks correct.
Has anybody an idea what is wrong and where the failure could be 3ds max or Plug-in?
We are using 3ds max 2013 64-bit and the latest Octane Render-Plugin (V1.11b).

I'm not sure if this will fix it, but it looks like your object's coordinates a really big, this may be causing some float/rounding errors, try moving your object to the center of the scene and see if you have the same problem.
