How do I send a private message to radiance using these boards?

there are all PM panels but no way to create/send PM.
(uh! i see always same people around CG forums (orn psn! ahahaha) )

Here's what I get when I press Compose message:-

No field for text entry. No PM button on boards next to any post or members profile.

Hmmm..


Radiance, perhaps you could PM me & I can then reply that way.

just noticed, newly registered users can't send PM's.
a user becomes a normal user after 3 posts...
