Sometimes I get a render viewport freeze (stops rendering) so I close it down and when I re-open I'm getting about 1/5 sample rate. Restarting max does not help. I have to reboot my machine to get it back to the normal sample rate once this happens.

Hi everyone,
I'm thinking about purchasing a 3DSMAX licence - I have one little (and probably stupid) question :
Once you've bought a 3DSMAX licence do you have to pay extra for every new version of the integrated Octane exporter/renderer?
(v1.0 then 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc)

Thanks guys ;)

Hi Madcoo,

It is our intention that the 1.0 licenses are valid for all 1.x updates.

Thanks
Chris.
