features are coming in so quickly now it's hard to keep up!

Great feature, looking forward to it. mikelmnj--I agree with you 100%. we really need buffer outputs for studio work.

nice one, so this will mean we could also use AO in PMC and PT kernels probably - are we going to be able to use custom textures for dirt?

is this a feature for individual materials?
I ask because it looks like it is being applied to the floor in the shadows.

That is just a texture. You can place it where ever your want. It doesn't depend on shadows.

Nice looking dirt,

It will be interesting to see how many features Octane Dirt has, Streaks, inverted normals, direction bias ?
