Murcielago and chess animations both have the same camera movement (circle around a fixed point). This may be a stupid question, but is this the only kind of camera movement the next beta is capable of?

no, you can export anything from your host app, provided there's a script for it.

Can you give us some early indication of the format that the scripts need to be?

Maybe post an example camera script and an object script. :D

My modeling app, MoI, does not have animation.

Am I correct that soon, using Octane only, I would be able to create an animation by programming scene rotation and camera movement?

If so, this would be done with a script, or will basic animation tools get added at some point?
