Why are people so obsessed about render times? Surely they are dependant on what cards you have anyway.

In light of that, it would be interesting to have a constant scene complexity score/rating. So like if a scene was scored an 11.4, you would know how fast it would run on your setup or something :)

Exactly... and thats why i like to know rendertimes..to have an estimate on how long that would render on my machine.. and in my case specifically i know that karba used to have 2x gtx590 which is what i have on one of my machines! :)

The tree looks like it intersects the road at the end but what the heck we were all supposed to be looking at the fog :shock:
