I recently purchased 1 standalone and 1 maya plugin license. I would now like to render concurrently on a second machine. Do I need to purchase another standalone, or just eh plugin is sufficient?

I am in a time critical situation, so I would rather avoid messing up with the machine that is currently working.

Thanks!

I found out that to render, both the standalone and the plug in must be activated, so the answer to the topic seems to be: no.

each computer you are using needs both the stand alone and the plugin.

Best way to get around this is just to pack as many GPUs into one computer as possible.
Intel quad core i5 @ 4.0 ghz | 8 gigs of Ram | Geforce GTX 470 - 1.25 gigs of Ram
