Hi natalievfx, thnks firstly
if you ready to face with bugs, you can render with actual version.
i have done a job recently with my plugin. it saved my render time a lot of and gave me very nice render quality with a sunlight and AO.
i used 2xgtx590, render time was between 10-50 sec. include export time(max time was 15sec). Scene collect and prepare time never exceed 1 sec. but octane processing takes time. Big images and voxelizing process takes lot of time.
exporting is still a problem but not soo long as done in standalone. also i did a tricky method. i opened two c4d and rendered together. in practical export time gone to zero.

Aoktar all the tribunes are on their feet, the country is cheering for you. This may be one of those rare times I'll gladly pay for a license (if the integration turns out to be intuitive). Nice nickname btw

If its just the unfinished status that is holding your from a private beta test. We would love to be alpha testers and report bugs to you!
For everything 3D we use C4D for 90% of our work and gave every PC here an Geforce GTX 560Ti with 448 shaders or even two of them for some PCs.
We use Octane in every production where the export time is feasable or the technical diffculties you get from not having an integrated plugin can be avoided. I think we would switch to only using Octane if we could finally animate our lights, materials, meshes etc.

Ah btw, will the material live db be integrated or is it already?
The db is always a nice starting point for setting up objects without doing every material from scratch everytime.

tnx, albaglib.
I agree with you mainframefx, live db is one of missing parts, but it's in todo list with high priority

This will be awesome!
The only thing I've never really liked in C4D was the render... Man I would love to beta test it.
