I did not note from the introduction video any option to import existing materials is this a likely possiblity?
Similarly there doesn't appear to be an option for emitter or transparent materials are these planned for the v1.0 release?

hi,
transparent materials (eg glass) is supported, it's called the 'specular' material.
emitter channels aren't yet supported in the alpha used in the video.
materials are fully imported and translated from the OBJ file, currently testing with blender, 3ds max and sketchup.

Sorry Radiance I was meaning more a materials setting - spec, bump, roughness etc for accessed from an existing material library rather than being re-applied!
I find with SU (user) that applying hi res maps to be used in the final render can bring SU to a hault, therefore apps that can substitute a hi res map for a low res place holder in SU on export are favoured.
