Found it, use Model->Modify->Poly.Mesh->Filter Points.
Only set the distance to 0.
This should merge all overlapping vertices...

Thanx for checking it out Face. Im not so used to localizing mesh errors in Soft. In Lightwave I can easily see for example which polygons are non-planar. They are usually a normal triangle polygon but the vertices have the same y/x position, and only the z is different, resulting in that the triangle shows up as a line instead of a polygon. Also I can search for polygons that only consists of 2 vertices, and check if there are single points that arent connected to any polygon etc. I guess I have to readup on the filter tools in Softimage :P

There are some cyan edges in the mesh.
This shows you that the mesh is open on that specific edge.

And there are no cyan edges in your meshes?
Try to export 2 or 3 meshes and import it in another application.

No cyan edges.. Everything is stripped and clean twice :/ I can render all meshes until the last one (yet again over 2GB). I'll upload a new scene file, and see if you dedect any oddities.. This pussles me, because I never had this problem before.

Maybe an old scene with an existing Soft2Octane property in it?
The new property has some new parameters which the old havn´t...
