Can you post the .obj file which makes Octane crashing at your place?
I will try if it will crash here too with it!
Are you running Octane with admin rights?

Best Regards

i'm afraid this is a driver related issue.
some others have the same issue and we have no solution.

maybe try again when newer drivers are available.

In your signature is writen that you're using Win XP 64-bit SP2 and you have also Windows 7 Ultimate?

Sounds a bit confusing to me, because here everything works great with XP 64-bit SP2, 196.21 display driver and cuda 3.0.1 driver.

Maybe you will need to install the "Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package" to get it runing correctly. Have you installed it?

that should not be needed anymore with beta2.
it's built in a new way that does'nt require the redistributables...

I use 2 different hard drives, so after problems with xp64 i've installed windows 7 ultimate on the socend one to know if it is a os problem.
I used different driver version, not only the latest.

if that does'nt help, we're out of options.
either you're card is damaged or your OS installation is damaged...

Hellow all,

Im having the same problem but in my case the (((---GPU_Benchmark_v0.1_Octane_v1.02b2---))) file works perfect in all versions of octane. So, I think its not a problem of my GPU

BUT, when I try to import my own OBJ (exported by 3dsmax) octane crashes during importing.

What Im doing wrong?
Can someone help me pleaseeee???
