Hey guys,

I'm trying to do a render with a HDRI environment, but I still want shadows on 1 side of my building.
I can't seem to achieve it and I tried different HDRI's.
Any idea's?

To get shadows with an HDRI environment you need an HDRI with a light source that actually casts shadows, like for instance an environment map of the sun + sky. The brightness of the sun (or other light sources) in this environment map must also not be clipped. You can test this environment map in the current version of Octane but it will not render such environments efficiently, especially with sun + sky map it can take a while until you get an usable image.
