I believe Octane couldn't get all the power out of it..
Anyway even with all squeezed out 3x GTX680 should outperform..
( and at least these work out of the box =)

Thanks fo info, Gab.

Oh noes! Just ordered 4 of them last night.

Well not really. I guess I will wait for 7XX series gaming cards and see what happens.

My guess is, for Octane, it won't be good value for money. Probably not a terrible card, though.

Well, it's not that bad in the end =)

Let's say, new 580 & 590 are almost unavailable, thus if You looking for new card it leaves You with the choise of two: 680 - for most of vRam & 690 for speed =) for ~500 & ~1kEu

If..690 would be good for You, but even 680s 4gb is short of vRam for Your massive projects..- then..K20 is not so bad =) as a choise.. =) yeah, it cost much, but it's a single card with two slot design and with 5-6gb to fill..that's not only the fastest, but bigest too..

The price is right in my oppinion =)

On the other side..I wouldn't buy it for Octane, 'cos the loading times of that let's say 5gb scene would probably be astronomical..- hope devs will work out with voxelisation and one day beasts like these will be actully justifyable.
