Wow... If I can get my hands on those... I would've been insane. But seriously, everyone here who runs a 2 cards has so many PCI-E slots that they can have one empty in between to keep the cards cooled? Now I'm wondering how dose those triple SLI machine cool those giant cards cuddling each other ever so tenderly?

So the 4500 is blocking the fan of 4800. I don't believe a case can help. I have giant work station tower. Also... yeah for your amusement, both of these cards were running top fan speed and the temp was going up in 90 degree C... when I say I can cook eggs on them... I am not joking. At that point I had to just shut down my PC and take the 4500 out. Man I wish those GPU-Xpander would be a bit cheaper...
couldn't you swap positions between the two cards? the fan wouldn't be blocked right?
Well apparently the motherboard only shows 1 PCI-E 16X slot. The other one is running at 4X. I seriously doubt it would give me good results if I try to run my main card off a 4X PCI-E.
