Hi am testing the octane engine before I buy :)
One question can I mix material using a Black an white image?
Example y have a Bottle of beer and i want to be able to have two materials one glass and other with the label how can achieve that with the demo version?

Please let me know

extract polys from bottle where you wonna make sticker , and texture it. You must make model of the sticker. If sticker is crazy ( in shape way ) You can always go with opacity maps, they are working great.
As radiance already said You cant mix nodes for now.

Hi here is another rendering test, The bear in the Mud of Chocolate :)
The bad thing is am still waiting for my money to be transfer to the Paypal account so I didn't save this project :(
Anyway i need to improve the mud over the bear.

Lovely bear. I hope he realizes he's in some sort of chocolate fondue...some one might just bite him by mistake.
If there could be some color differentiation to distinguish the eyes a bit more that'd be cool.
