3dsmax prints both, which applications are you refering to?
Amiga 1000 with 2mb memory card

Well, there's Rhino which only lets you adjust camera lens as far as I know.

I sometime composite vector lines from cad models over renderings.

Once Fbx will be implemented, this will all be easier though.
