when i start from plugin it worked 1x fine, then at 2nd time and later tries it tell me an "octane Account Error" and that i needed to contact the license support.
so i cannot use it from within c4d anymore.
when i start octane pure via start menu it works fine. so the problem is only when i press" render" via exporter plugin
any clue what that is?
do i really have to contact the licnese support guys?

You probably launched a different Octane version with the plugin than via the start menu. Please check the OctaneRender binary path in the plugin settings.

also it did start ok one time via the plugin and then not anymore.
when i start extact the same octane.exe under exact this path it starts fine
it worked one time choosing octane export dialog and press render button there.
it worked one time choosing option "octane export +render"
then both methods stopped working,
opening octane.exe direct(same path) it works
i have only one octane installed, this is the installer i got when i bought it,
any idea?
For anyone who might run into the same trouble: The solution was to delete the "OctaneRender" / "Refractive Software" folders in the AppData directory. Still haven't figured out yet why that sometimes happens. Couldn't reproduce it here yet.
