Some Octane Renders we made in the last couple of months.

- OpenSurgery

This was an old project that we rerenderd in octane. Renderd 100% Octane.
About 7 min a frame on a gtx580 and gtx570.

- NZ trip

This is a very small project. But I found the result nice, a candy like earth :). The Earth is Octane the rest is Photoshop and Nuke.
2 min a frame on a gtx580 and a gtx570.

- Westland Inspiration award

This was made in about 9 days (one person). Made with Octane but also with some composting in Nuke and some fog renders from Maya.
2 days rendering on a 2 gtx580, 2 gtx570, gtx480 and a gtx460.

Let me know that you think!

Except for the fist shot of the plant all plants are indeed paint effects. De rest is custome made (also the cucumber tomato and such or not paint effects).. Are you shocked about the render time? =). Well don't forget that's we renderd 25 x 40 = 1000 frames =).
