Do you know if there is an easy way to export from Artlantis (or Archicad) to Octane?

It si easy, but you have to mnitor your working units while export and import, because of the materials in octane.
If the model is imported too small or too big, the materials in Octane do not work correctly.
I made a cube 1x1x1 mtr and did some trials and errors to get it the right way.
'just do it' :D
You can export from Archicad or ATL to sketchup and use the plugin to go to Octane (also for animation).
Works great!
For stills only You can make obj fromout Archicad/ATL without Sketchup as an intermediate, but my workflow now is mostly from Archicad to ATL and then Sketchup for the plugin.
To work with materials you better make sure to use uvmapped materials in Archicad before exporting.. I experienced troubles and not been able to adjust the materials in Octane when exporting from Archicad with the plane materials (without texturing). For plastics it no problem.. Those materials are just tuned with glossy and other standard settings. But the more complexed marerials have scales.
Again: just do it and have fun. I am sure having fun and joy working with Octane and loved Octane from the start, even when working with Archicad is not the most optimal 3dmodeler to go to Octane, but it is worth the few export steps to get to Heaven :P

ArchiCAD25, ofcourse Octane & OR-ArchiCAD plugin (love it)

for my experience Octane for Max (you need 3ds Max) is the best rendering engine (plugin) on the planet.
Those are quite unrealistic words you have here sir, namely when you have known VRAY. PT isn't cuted for interiors and Octane uses it. You may say that Octane has PMC, but it isn't exactly state of the art either. Until you have bidir Octanes lag a bit behind for speed, interiors wise, as for image quality, each has their own set of preference, so I won't go here...
