Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible with the current exporter to render a daylight simulation (float3daylightsystem, from 3AM to 22PM) on an animated scene (trees and cars are runing) ? I try to export Sun Direction, but it seems to force me using float3 sky environment and it does not change anything though my light is animated.
Any idea how I can achieve this ?
Thank you,

It should be possible.
Use the option "Export Sun Direction" under the "Export Configuration" tab.

Hello Face,
Thank You for your answer.
I test that, but it removes me my "float3daylightsystem" sttings to the "float3" daylight environement.
I found the light of float3 not as good as the float3daylightsystem.
Any idea ?
Kind Regards,

PS by the way, I forget to answer you on vimeo (http://vimeo.com/51596059#comment_8068426), but after deleting the setting 3.03 works !

I haven´t any control of the node which is used for the daylight system.
The plugin only submits the sun position/direction via the commandline to the standalone.

OK, thx,
Octane switch to float3 even if float3daylightsystem was initially set in the ocs file.

Any tip to reduce export time (obj export/import) : I have an animation of 4000 frames, and export is longer than rendering :)
Kind Regards,
