help:fail to load binary data from octane?

When opening OctaneRender_COM_1_00_RC1_win32 appear this problem,why?

It's been years since I have ran Windows but it might be because you are running the 32 bit version on a 64 bit machine, at least according to your sig. You would think that the 32 bit version should run, maybe a library difference?
